What makes your cookware non-toxic?

Our products are designed with your health in mind. We use a ceramic non-stick coating that is free from potentially harmful materials like PFOA, PTFE, other PFAS, lead, and cadmium.

How should I clean and care for my Always Pan?

To preserve the non-stick surface, we recommend hand-washing with a soft sponge and mild soap. Avoid using metal utensils or abrasive scrubbers, and always cook on low to medium heat.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days.

Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, we offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely in love with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original packaging.

Is your cookware compatible with induction stovetops?

Most of our core cookware collection, including the Always Pan 2.0 and Perfect Pot, is fully compatible with all cooktops, including induction, gas, and electric.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and select countries in the EU. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
